Javier Álvarez Vara, Chairman

Javier not only co-founded Movidilo but also set up Ydilo with Domingo back in 1999. In fact, Javier is also currently Chairman & CEO of Ydilo AVS. Since the inception of Ydilo, Javier has facilitated the company's entry into key local operators and large companies.

Before his tenure at Ydilo, he amassed high-calibre professional experience in a variety of key managerial positions in companies like Meta4 where he was a Division Manager. Previously he was Chairman & CEO at Inespal (now part of ALCOA) and Construcciones Aeronáuticas, S.A. (CASA, now part of EADS). He was also a member on the board for Airbus Industrie and the Chairman of the board of Eurofighter Gmbh.

He graduated in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in Spain, and holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, extending his academic profile with a programme in Executive Management from the IESE business school.

Domingo Montesdeoca, CEO & Co-Founder

Domingo is currently the acting CEO of Movidilo, a subsidiary of Ydilo of which he was also a co-founder in 1999. During his tenure with Ydilo, he launched the first internet voice portal for the Spanish-speaking community, which has inspired the largest infrastructure and group devoted to operators and large enterprise voice services.

Prior to Ydilo, Domingo occupied key managerial posts as the Head of Customer Services in IT companies such as Informix and Meta4.

Juan José Martínez, COO

Juan becomes the COO of Movidilo in 2009 backed up by a solid professional career path. Since joining Accenture in 1994, Juan has worked for several consulting companies in the telecom sector, actively launching and growing the leading mobile operators in Spain. At American Management Systems (AMS) in 2000, he became the Country Manager in Spain.

In 2004, Juan joined Ydilo, taking on different responsibilities as Vice President for Customer Care and International Business Development where he was in charge of the operations and sales account with one of the largest mobile operators worldwide, in addition to serving as the Vice President for Marketing and Alliances for the group.
